TENANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Annual base income must be a minimum of 40 times the rent amount
• Good to Excellent Credit
• Fully completed rental application
• Two (2) most current pay-stubs
• One (1) most current W-2 or most current federal tax returns (first 2 pages only) 
• $50 credit fee (per person)
