Hudson Exclusive (‘Hudson”), while founded in 2012 by Sam Osmanaj, started as a boutique firm and now has grown exponentially into a full-service real estate brokerage firm focusing on residential & commercial sales and leasing properties across State of New York and Florida.
Hudson offers both private and institutional clients a professionally tailored range of services. Consultancy, sales and leasing form the core competences of Hudson’s team. Based in two locations, Long Island City, New York and Naples, Florida with a team of nearly 20 agents/staff, Hudson utilizes a vast network to help its clients reach their investment goals.
